My lessons at Beatbox so far… Listen, LOVE, Learn.

Hello! I’m Vaish. I’m 15yrs old and I’ve been having guitar lessons at beatbox for just under 2 years, and I already know that my experiences here have already shaped who I am - not just as a musician, but as a confident and driven individual and will continue to do so in the future.

Stepping into Beatbox for the first time, something that I instantly noticed was that the tutors here LOVE what they do, and their encouragement and enthusiasm for music provide a perfect environment for students to love what they do too. They drive us to be the best we can be, while also prioritising what learning an instrument should be about: having fun!

As someone who definitely initially struggled with confidence in social settings, my lessons here have definitely helped me develop my passion for music, and by doing so, encouraged me to come out of my shell and do things I wouldn’t have thought of doing before. Taking part in the Beatbox concert last year was an amazing experience that gave me the opportunity to perform in front of an audience in a low pressure environment and make friends that share the same enthusiasm and passion for music that Beatbox has inspired in me.

So, as I said… my experiences and lessons at Beatbox have shaped who I am, and how I know it will continue to do so in the future.
